Emergency lighting logbooks, Fluke test results, as-builts and the CCEW all arrive at handover or they hold it up. Producing them stage by stage is the difference between a defect list and a set of keys.

Meeting room and signage cabling, and the containment, power and data behind cameras, access control and alarms — terminated and tested ready for the security integrator.
